About TasteDir
A small directory of tools I'd recommend.
I also run findly.tools, an open directory with almost 5,000 tools listed and more than 8,500 makers using it.
TasteDir is the opposite. I wanted a place that only holds tools I like: the ones I use, and the ones whose craft and finish really stand out.
So every listing is reviewed by hand, within 24 hours. Some tools I add myself, the others I accept one by one. If it isn't finished, or doesn't feel cared for, it doesn't go in.
